摘  要:基于曲拉通X-100和HAc-NaAc(pH=5.9)存在,不除氧条件下,曲拉通X-100能增敏钛(Ⅳ)-4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮流体室温磷光信号的增强效应,建立了曲拉通X-100增敏4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮的超高灵敏度流体室温磷光增强法测定痕量钛(Ⅳ)的新方法。钛(Ⅳ)量为3.2-6.4pg/mL与△Ip值成线性关系,其工作曲线的回归方程△Ip=-31.12+147.2CTi+(pg/mL),r=0.9997,检出限为1.38pg/mL。该方法用于人发和茶叶中钛含量的测定,结果满意。A new highly sensitive method of flour room phosphorescence for the determination of trace Titanium has been proposed based on sensitization of tritonX-100 on F-RTP intensity of 4,5-dibromophenylfluorone-titanium in the presence of tritonX-100 and buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH=5.9) and oxygen unscavenger. The linear dynamic range of the method is 3.2~6.4pg/mL with a detection limit of 1.38pg/mL,and the regression equation of working curve isΔIp= -31.12 + 147.2CTi4+(pg/mL), correlation coefficient r=0.9997. This method has been applied in human hair and tea with successful result.
