摘  要:采用红花长寿花茎段和叶片作为外植体进行离体培养与快繁研究。结果表明,茎段和带叶柄的叶片可以直接诱导出芽;在MS+0.25mg·L-1NAA+1mg·L-1BA+2mg·L-1GA培养基上有利于腋芽诱导和丛生芽形成;在1/2MS+0.1mg·L-1NAA培养基中生根效果最好。Stem sections and leaves from the plants of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana with re d flower were used as explants for in vitro culture and micropropagation. Th e result showed that buds were directly induced from the stem section and the le aves with leafstalks; and the MS medium supplemented with 0.25 mg·L -1NAA, 1 mg·L -1BA and 2 mg·L -1GA was beneficial to the induction of axil lary buds and the formation of bud clusters; and the highest percentage of rooti ng was obtained on the 1/2 MS medium adding 0.25 mg·L -1NAA .
