摘　　要：凡立法必有其适用范围,草拟中的国际民商事关系法律适用法也不例外。文章从立法的角度,以条文设计的形式,深入阐述了我国国际民商事关系法律适用法之适用范围的理论与实践。Legislation dictates are always limited to a certain scope of application and there is no exception to The Law of Application on the International Civil and Commercial Relations. This article undertakes, from the perspective of legislation, to expound further on the theories and practices of the scope of application of The Law of Application on the International Civil and Commercial Relations in China, mapping out the object administered by this law and its spatial scope.
