摘 要:研究了两步法合成碳酰肼的工艺条件,探索了将第2步的母液循环套用的可行性,并对碳酰肼溶液的缓蚀性能进行了初步测定。结果表明:在第1步反应中,碳酸二甲酯与水合肼摩尔比1:0.9,反应温度70℃、反应时间2 h;在第2步反应中,水合肼与肼基甲酸甲酯摩尔比2:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h,在此条件下合成碳酰肼的总收率达80%。第2步的母液可循环套用,循环次数以在4次以内为宜。碳酰肼在中性溶液中具有一定的缓蚀能力。A two-stage process for synthesizing carbohydrazide, in which the 1st stage is to synthesize methyl hydrazinoformate (MHF) from dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and hydrazine hydrate and the 2nd stage is to synthesize carbohydrazide from the the 1st stage product and hydrazine hydrate as well as the reusing of mother liquor were studied, and the corrosion inhibition rate of carbohydrazide to boiler plate were determined preliminarily. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows, in the 1st stage, n(hydrazine hydrate): n(DMC)=0.9:1, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2h; in the 2nd stage, n(hydrazine hydrate):n(MHF)=2.0: 1, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 4 h. The total yield of carbohydrazide is about 80%. The mother liquor could be reused, but the yield of carbohydrazide would be obviously decreased as it was reused over 4 times. Carbohydrazide has a well performance of corrosion inhibition in neutral solution even at low concentration.
