摘  要:目的 了解性病患者性病防治知识、行为现状,观察医院健康教育在性病防治中的效果,为性病防治工作提供依据。方法 对168例性病患者进行问卷调查和健康教育效果评价。结果 性病患者性病防治知识、行为水平较低,有83. 9%的人在有偿性行为时不使用避孕套。患病后存在多种心理障碍。通过健康教育干预后,性病防治知识水平、自我保护意识和能力有所增强。结论 需要加强性病防治健康教育。随诊健康教育是做好性病防治工作的重要组成部分。Objective To understand recognition behavior and psychology of STD patients toward STD before or after implementing health education. Methods 168 STD patients were investigated with questionnaire and evaluated on health education, by the way of census and setting time. Results STD patients could understand correlate knowledge, but incomplete. The patients had many kinds of psychology obstacle since they suffered from STD. After health education intervention, they could understand that self-dignity, avoiding extramarital sexual activities were the best way to prevent STD. Their self protection consciousness and ability improved. Conclusions Health education with STD diagnosis and treatment was the important part to conduct STD prevention and treatment better.
