摘　　要：目的　了解安徽省农村地区成年人群高血压流行特征,为制订有效的防治对策提供依据。方法　采用4阶段分层随机抽样方法抽样,使用问卷、医学体检方法调查结果　人群高血压患病率11. 0%;随年龄的增大,高血压患病率明显上升(P<0. 01); 60岁以上人群患病率达20. 7%;体质指数BMI≥25、血脂异常者高血压患病率高;水果类食物摄入频率低,高血压患病率也较高(P<0. 01 )。结论　我省农村地区人群高血压流行趋势严峻,应大力加强社区高血压综合防治工作。Objective To understand the characteristics of hypertension among rural adults in central part of Anhui Province. Methods The method of four-steps random sampling was adopted. This survey included the questionnaire survey and health examination. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 11.0% and increased rapidly with age (P<0.01) . The prevalence of hypertension in the people over the age of 60 accounted for 20.7%. The prevalence of hypertension of BMI≥25 or abnormal blood lipid levels in adults was high. The prevalence of hypertension was also high among those who eat fruit in low frequency every month (P<0.01). Conclusions The situation and trend of hypertension was very serious and worrying among rural adults in Anhui Province. We should intensify hypertension prevention and control.
