诺思与马克思关于制度变迁理论的比较

摘　　要：马克思的制度变迁理论侧重于分析社会经济的根本制度,而诺思的制度变迁理论更适合于分析具体的制度安排。这两种理论都应该加以认真研究,以加快与市场经济相适应的制度建设。Marx’s theory of system changes focuses on analyzing the basic systems of social economy while North’s is fitter to study the concrete arrangement of systems. Both the theories should be thoroughly studied so as to speed up the establishment of the system adaptable to market economy.
