浅谈提高科研课题申请的质量

摘　　要：做好基金申报工作,提高中标率,是科研人员及科研管理人员所面临的一大问题。申请书填写得如何,对该项申请能否中标十分重要。针对近几年科研课题申请中出现的问题,结合工作实际,提出提高科研课题申请质量的若干建议。<Abstrcat> How to deal with declaration of funds and improve the possibility of winning a bid has become an important issue for research personnel and relevant administrator. Therefore, filling in an application form is critical for winning a bid. This article gives some suggestions on how to improve quality of research application according to the problems which occurred in the application of our research projects in the past few years.
