摘　　要：大部分数控机床都具有刀具半径补偿功能,这就使编程人员可以直接根据零件图纸进行编程,而不必考虑刀具半径的尺寸因素。这里结合实例对刀具半径补偿的用途、过切情况、使用时应注意的问题进行了简单的分析。Most of the digital control machine tools have the compensatory function of the cutting tool radius. It makes the programmers be able to program directly according to the parts charts. They needn' t consider the size factors of the cutting tool radius. The article analyzes the use of the cutting tool radius, the situation of cutting too much and the points for attention by practical examples simply.
