摘 要:以协优5 2 7为材料,对水稻强化栽培下的稻米品质进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)在同一栽培条件下,因单株不同位次分蘖抽穗的早迟,稻米品质有较大差异,即随抽穗时期的推迟,稻米品质降低。(2 )强化栽培抽穗历时比常规栽培相对较长或相当,其所产稻米品质显著改善,特别是精米率、整精米率提高,垩白粒率、垩白度降低,但对籽粒长宽比及直链淀粉含量的影响较小。(3)在籽粒灌浆结实的关键时期,强化栽培较常规栽培植株透光率大,叶片叶绿素含量高,叶片衰老缓慢,具有较高的光合生产量,抽穗后茎鞘物质向穗部的运转率、运转量、转换率也显著提高。这是精米率、整精米率提高,垩白粒率、垩白度降低的重要原因。The rice quality under the cultivation of t he System of Rice Intensification(SRI)was studied, using the high-yielding hyb rid rice combination Xieyou 527 as the material. The main results were as follo ws:(1)Under the same cultivation, rice quality were significantly different due to the early or later heading of different tillers per plant. With heading sta ge retarded, rice quality decreased. (2)Heading duration of SRI was relatively longer than or corresponded with that of traditional cultivation(TC), and SRI could improve rice quality, especially increase the rate of milled rice and hea d milled rice, decrease the percentage of chalky kernel and chalkiness, but ha ve no markedl effect on kernel shape and amylose content.(3)SRI had not only h igh transmittance of population, high chlorophyll content of leaves, slow sene scence of leaves but also high export percentage, high export amount and high t ransformation of the dry matter from stems and shealthes to panicle during grain -filling period compared with TC. So SRI has more production of photosynthate s.
