摘 要:为考察3种不同碳源(乙酸钠、葡萄糖、脱脂乳和葡萄糖混合物)SBR生物除磷系统的除磷效果,用结合扫描电镜(SEM)的能谱(EDS)分析了胞外聚合物(EPS)的磷含量,并测定了污泥PHA(poly-β-hydroxyalkanoate)及磷含量.结果表明,PHA在厌氧结束时的量并不是后续好氧阶段吸磷效果好坏的决定性指标,EPS的生物吸附对磷也有一定程度的去除,并且这种生物吸附使葡萄糖碳源系统除磷效果好于其他两个系统.Phosphorus removal effects of three SBRs supplied with different carbon sources (sodium acetate, glucose and skim milk mixed with glucose) were investigated. Phosphorus contents in extracellular exopolymers (EPS) were analyzed with energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), PHA (poly-β-hydroxyalkanoate) concentration and phosphorus weight percentage of sludge were also measured. Results show that the amount of PHA at the end of anaerobic phase is not the only key factor to determine phosphorus removal efficiency. It was found that the biosorption effect of extracellular exopolymers played an important role in phosphorus removal. Due to this biosorption effect, the system supplied with glucose gained the best biological phosphorus removal performance compared with the other two ones.
