摘 要:建立了变频电动机的数学模型,介绍了利用有限元法求解变频电动机内正弦时变场的方法.通过有限元法分析原始气隙下变频电动机优化前后的工作性能,与实验结果进行了对比,证明了有限元法分析电机正弦时变场的可靠性.分析不同气隙高度对电机性能的影响,得出与工厂实际相符合的结论.额定电压下的起动电流和起动转矩的计算结果与实测结果的对比表明,变频电动机优化后具有良好的起动性能.First mathematic model was developed and the rotor structure of the motor was optimized. Then the solution to the sinusoidal transient field of the variable frequency motor was introduced. By analyzing the operation performance under the initial air gap in finite element before and after the variable frequency motor was optimized and comparing with experimental results, it proves reliable to use the finite element method to analyze sinusoidal transient field. In the end, by analyzing the effects of the different air gap height upon the motor performance, the conclusions that were in accord with the reality of the factory were arrived.
