摘　　要：目的:提纯槲寄生中血小板活化因子(PAF)拮抗剂有效活性成分并鉴定其分子结构。方法:利用硅胶柱层析分离出槲寄生乙酸乙酯剂结晶化合物及槲寄生水剂结晶化合物。再利用红外光谱分析、核磁共振谱分析和质谱分析进行分子结构鉴定。结果与结论:槲寄生中的PAF拮抗剂有效活性成分是高圣草素-7-O-β-D葡萄糖甙。Aim: To extract the effective component of PAF antagonist in ramulus viscin and identify its molecular structure. Methods: To extract and purify the effective component in ethyl acetate and water phases of ramulus viscin, silica-gel column chromatography was used, and to identify its molecular structure, infra-red spectrogram, nuclear magnetic resonance,and mass spectroscopy were employed. Results and conclusion: The effective component of PAF antagonist in ramulus viscin is homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glycoside.
