摘  要:目的评价铝塑复合供水管材对水质的影响。方法选择国内企业生产的20根铝塑复合管(直径20mm、长2.0m),分别采用余氯和硬度分别为2和100mg/L的浸泡水(第1种浸泡水)和北京市政管网自来水(第2种浸泡水)进行24h浸泡实验并检测水质变化。结果铝塑复合管浸泡实验显示,第1种浸泡水的pH值、余氯和氯化物浓度均高于第2种浸泡水。第1种浸泡水总碱度、总硬度、溶解性总固体、硫酸盐和硝酸盐浓度均低于第2种浸泡水。第2种浸泡水铜、铅、锌、砷和镍的溶出量均高于第1种浸泡水,其中铅、砷和镍浓度超过《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料卫生安全评价规范》规定的标准;2种浸泡水铬、镉和锡的溶出量均低于检测限。24h浸泡实验显示,铝塑符合管各项指标都符合《生活饮用水水质卫生规范》(2001)要求。结论铝塑复合管基本满足我国饮用水水质卫生要求。Objective To assess health safety of aluminium-plastic-combined water pipes used in water supply in China. Methods 20 aluminium-plastic-combined water pipes (2.0 m in length, 20 mm in diameter ) were sampled from domestic factories for 24 h-soaking abstract test with the first kind of soaking water (free chlorine: 2 mg/L, hardness: 100 mg/L ) and the second kind of soaking water (Beijing municipal water supply system). Results After the test, the first kind of soaking water showed higher levels of pH value,free chlorine,chlorides and showed lower levels of total alkalinity,total hardness,total dissolved solid,sulfate and nitrate ,compared with those of the second kind of soaking water. Elements including copper,zinc, lead, nickel, arsenic in the water pipes dissolved into the second kind of soaking water,strongly than they did into the first kind of soaking water.The levels of lead, nickel, arsenic in the second kind of soaking water exceeded the related values ruled by Standard for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Equipment and Protective Materials in Drinking Water. 24h soaking abstract test showed that this pipe could meet all requirements of Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water (2001). Conclusion Aluminium-plastic-combined pipes may meet the sanitary standards for drinking water on the whole in China.
