摘　　要：目的了解中国北方健康女性青少年青春期性发育过程。方法采用横断面和纵向随访相结合的方法,对大庆市288名健康青少年女性进行为期4年的随访调查,观察身高、体重、体脂比例、第二性征、血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇水平的变化。结果大庆市青少年女性青春期性发育始动年龄为8.5岁±1.1岁,性发育始动时血清FSH、LH、雌二醇水平分别为0.2mIU/L、1.1mIU/L、0.06nmol/L(第95百分位数分别为2.5mIU/L、2.3mIU/L、0.12nmol/L)。月经初潮的年龄为12.4岁±1.2岁。乳房开始发育的平均年龄为8.5岁±1.6岁。结论中国北方青少年女性青春期性发育年龄有显著提前。Objective To investigate the process of puberty development of healthy adolescent girls in Northern China. Methods 288 adolescent girls of Daqing city, Heilongjiang province, aged 5 to 16, were studied and followed up yearly for four years. The height ,weight , fat percentage, second sex characteristics , and the blood levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol (E_2) were examined. Results The mean age of puberty onset of these healthy adolescent girls was 8.5 years±1.1 years.The blood levels of FSH、LH and E_2 were 0.2 mIU/L、1.1 mIU/L and ~0.06 nmol/L respectively(the 95 percentiles were 2.5 mIU/L、2.3 mIU/L and 0.12 nmol/L respectively). Their mean age of menarche was12.4 years±1.2 years. The mean age of breast development was ~8.8 years± 1.1 years. Conclusion The girls in Northern China begin their puberty development at younger ages than reported before.
