中国三种野生稻胚的形态学观察

摘　　要：比较了中国普通野稻（Ｏ．ｒｕｆｉｐｏｇｏｎ）、药用野稻（Ｏ．Ｏｆｆｉｃｉｎａｌｉｓ）、瘤粒野稻（Ｏ．ｍｅｙｅｒｉａｎａｓｕｂｓｐｔｕｂｅｒｃｕｌａｔａ）（即中国疣粒野稻）在实体解剖镜和扫描电镜下的形态，结果表明：１）普遍野稻、药用野稻胚的形态结构与栽培稻的相同，而瘤粒野稻胚的腹面缺腹鳞和侧鳞，从而亦不存在胚芽鞘抽出礼；２）瘤粒野稻与栽培稻胚发育过程中的形态变化在器官分化早期是一致的，稍后，栽培稻胚产生腹鳞和侧鳞，形成胚芽鞘抽出孔，而瘤粒野稻胚则缺。The observations by dissecting microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to compare the embryos of the O. rufipogon, O. officinalis, O. meyeriana subsp. tuberculata showed that:1) The mature embryonic surface features of O. rufipogon and O. officinalis were the same as cultivated rice. They differ with O. meyeriana subsp. tuberculata. 2)In the initial stage of organogenesis the embryonic surface feature of O. meyeriana subsp.tuberculata was similar to that of cultivated rice. Later on, embryo of cultivated rice formed ventral scale and lateral scales and coleoptile protrusion lacana; O. meyeriana subsp. tuberculata did not.
