摘 要:研究将模糊数学原理和层次分析方法应用于工程招投标的评标中.该方法利用模糊数学方法克服了人为因素多而难以判断的缺点,使得评价更加清楚和简捷.层次分析法则用系统论观点将问题众多的影响因素分层排序组成一个有序的递阶层次结构,通过计算判断矩阵来确定各指针的权重,是一种定性与定量相结合的决策分析方法.模糊层次分析法特别适用于目标结构复杂且缺乏必要资料的项目评价情况.通过与一般多因素评价法的比较,验证了本方法的实用性和有效性.A analysis method for multi-objective decision combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis was used for contractor in tender, which had used Fuzzy technology and Analytical hierarchy process. The method solved the problem that there were so many objects that it was difficult to make decision. Fuzzy technology catered people’s conventional thought process and made decision more simple and clear. It was especially suitable for the situation that was multi-objective and lack of necessary data. It had been checked that the method was useful and effective compared with multi-objective synthetically judgment.
