脱丁烷塔压力热旁路控制系统的改造

摘　　要：某轻烃回收装置自投用以来,脱丁烷塔操作压力一直不稳定。对操作状况进行分析和研究表明,热旁路控制系统设计不当是造成该塔操作不正常的主要原因,因此对脱丁烷塔热旁路控制系统进行了改造。改造的措施主要有:增大了热旁路管道的直径(由DN40mm增大到DN80mm),并降低了热旁路调节阀的压差取值(由50kPa降低到35kPa);增设一条自冷凝器壳程出口至回流罐的不凝气放空管道;对脱丁烷塔分程控制系统进行了改造,即将调节器输出信号的0-45%,55%%-100%分别用于控制热旁路调节阀和放空阀。改造后,脱丁烷塔操作压力稳定,产品质量合格。The operation pressure of debutanizer was unstable since a light hydrocarbon recovery unit had been put into use. Operation analysis and investigation show that it is caused by the inappropriate design of hot vapor bypass control system, so the revamping has been carried out as follows: The diameter of hot vapor bypass pipeline has been enlarged from DN 40 mm to 80 mm, and the pressure difference of hot vapor bypass adjusting valve decreased from 50 kPa to 35 kPa; A vent pipeline for non-condensable gas from the shell pass outlet of the condenser to reflux drum has been added; The split range control system of debutanizer has been revamped as well, 0-45% and 55%-100% output signals of the adjuster have been used to control adjusting valves and vent valves respectively. After revamping, the debutanizer operation pressure is stable and the product is qualified.
