阶梯环耐酸陶瓷填料在硫酸生产挖潜改造中的应用

摘　　要：在200kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置技术改造为250kt/a硫磺制酸时,为充分利用绝大部分的干吸设备,以阶梯环耐酸陶瓷填料代替矩鞍填料,满足了原干吸塔的生产能力提高25%的要求。阐述了阶梯环耐酸陶瓷填料的应用效果,认为其效果优于矩鞍填料。During the expansion of the 200 kt/a sulfuric acid plant based on pyrite to 250 kt/a sulfuric acid based on sulfur,in order to fully utilize a majority of the dry absorption equipment,cascade ring acid resistant ceramic packing is used in lieu of Intalox saddle,which meets the requirement for increasing the capacity of the existing dry absorption column by 25%.The application effect of the cascade ring acid resistant ceramic packing is described and it is considered to be more effective than Intalox saddle.
