摘  要:以2-吡啶甲酸和四氢吡咯烷为主要原料合成了N吡咯烷基-2-吡啶甲酰胺(NPPFA),研究了以苯为稀释剂,NPPFA萃取苯酚的性能,探讨了盐析效应。结果表明,NPPFA对苯酚有良好的萃取性能,盐析剂的加入能有效地提高其对苯酚的萃取率,且在萃取过程中具有不易乳化、分离速度快等优点。实验采用双对数斜率法和连续变量法测得萃合物组成为C6H5OH·NPPFA。根据Van′tHoff方程计算出ΔH0=-42.59kJ/mol。通过对萃合物红外光谱的分析结果表明,确定萃合物是通过酚羟基与萃取剂的酰胺羰基间的氢键缔合形成的。A new extractant(NPPFA) was synthesized from 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid and pyrrolidine, and its extraction behavior for phenol was studied. The results show that the distribution ratio of phenol is high, and there is no emulsion and the two phases separate easily. By application of the methods of double-logarithmic slope and continuous variation, the composition of the extracted species was determined to be C_(6)H_(5)OH·NPPFA. The enthalpy of the extraction reaction was calculated to be ΔH^(0)=-42.59 kJ/mol based on the Van′t Hoff equation. The structure of the extracted species and the mechanism of the extraction reaction were investigated by infrared spectroscopy.
