摘 要:随着油田开发的深入,大庆油田原油综合含水率不断升高,大部分油井产出液含水率在90%左右。随着含水率的升高,集输原油的能耗也呈急剧上升趋势。为了实现安全不加热集输及降低能耗和生产成本,在大庆油田建立了一套试验装置,以大庆油田采油六厂喇嘛甸油田特高含水油井产出的油气水混合物为试验介质,测试了不同温度、不同含水率、不同产液量及不同含气情况下的压降及油气水混合物的流动状态。试验研究结果表明,在含水率超过85%、产液量为11~105t/d、气油比为40~60m3/t及油气水混合物的流速为0.2~2m/s、气相折算速度为0.15~1.8m/s的条件下,油、气、水三相在水平管道内的流动属于冲击流,油、水两相属于分层流或水为连续相的乳状/悬浮液。在不加任何药剂的情况下,特高含水采油期,油气水安全混输温度界限为23℃,低于原油凝固点。The water cut of crude oil in Daqing Oilfield increase continuously with oil production. The water cut in produced liquid of most oil wells of the oilfield is about 90%. With the increase of water cut, the energy consumption for gathering and transporting one ton of crude oil rises sharply. In order to gather and transport oil safely without heating and to reduce the energy consumption and production cost, a suit of testing equipments in Daqing Oilfield were equipped. The pressure drop and flow pattern of oil-gas-water mixture produced in the No.6 Oil Production Plant were tested under the conditions of variable temperature, water cut, liquid output and gas capacity. The tested result indicates that oil-gas-water mixture flow in the horizontal pipe belongs to impact flow when water cut exceeds 85%, and the amount of produced liquid is 11~105 t/d, and the amount of gas is 40~60 m3/t, and the flow rate of oil-gas-water mixture is 0.2~2 m/s', and the conversion rate of gas is 0.15~1.8 m/s. The oil-water phase shows two patterns of oil phase floating on water and oil-in-water dispersed phase. The temperature limit for safe transportation of oil-gas-water mixture is 23°C during special high water-cut stage of Daqing Oilfield without any medicament. It's lower than condensation point.
