摘 要:以木素磺酸钙为原料,利用反相悬浮聚合技术制备出球状木素基离子交换树脂。研究了分散相、分散剂、聚合温度、搅拌条件及交联剂用量等对悬浮聚合反应及成球效果的影响,并对产品的外观、粒度、含水量、密度及交换容量等基本性能进行了表征和测定。在优化条件下制得的球形木素基离子交换树脂的交换容量可达3.83mmol/g。A spherical lignin-based ion exchange resin was prepared with calciumlignosulfonate as raw material in a cheap and non-toxic disperse phase by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique. The effect of disperse phase, dispersing agent and cross-linking agent dosage, polymerization temperature and mixing speed on the suspension polymerization and sphericization were studied in detail. The fundamental performances of the resin including appearance, particle size, moisture content, density, and exchange capacity were characterized. At the optimal conditions, the ion exchange capacity of 3.83 mmol/L was reached.
