水相法氯化聚丙烯在凹版复合塑料薄膜油墨中的应用

摘　　要：目前国内BOPP薄膜的油墨是采用CPP作为油墨粘接剂。水相法生产CPP属于清洁工艺,实验表明水相法CPP制成的油墨在色泽、表观性能等方面还需要进一步完善和提高,其它指标基本满足QB/T2024-94要求。At present CPP is used as ink adhesive to produce the ink of BOPP film in China.The process to produce the aqueous-phased CPP is clean. The experiment shows that the colour and apparence of the ink prepared by aqueous-phased CPP should be still improved,and the other indexes also reach the standard of QB/T2024-94.
