摘　　要：经济、实用、技术先进、质量可靠、维修简便是多数医院选购大型医疗设备时的论证标准。设备购后能否尽快发挥作用、收回成本也是论证的内容之一。但在目前医疗服务价格调整战略中,大型高、精、尖检查项目的收费有低于成本收费的趋势,提示我们价格的下调带来的是对诊断准确性的高要求和大的服务量,在选购大型仪器、设备时尤其应注意设备的耐久性和性能更新升级的简易性,能配套扩展,物尽其用。For most hospital,the reference of choosing medical equipment includes that it is economic,practical,adˉvanced in technique,reliable and easy to maintenance.Another factor we must consider in advance is whether the cost can be taken back as soon as possible.In current medical service price trend,large and sophisticated medical equipment service price is declining to the edge of lowering the cost.So we must provide the correct diagnose with large throughˉout.Particular attention must be taken to the durability,easily upgrading and extending with necessary in the future.
