安脑胶囊对大鼠海马神经元糖皮质激素受体的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨安脑胶囊保护脑缺血再灌注后海马神经细胞的作用靶向,完善其神经细胞保护机制。方法:采用大脑中动脉阻塞线栓法模型大鼠通过免疫组化动态观察脑缺血再灌注后不同时点的各实验组大鼠糖皮质激素受体变化。结果:模型组、治疗组、拮抗剂组损伤侧较假手术组GR表达明显减少,有显著性差异(P <0 0 5 )。治疗组、拮抗剂组在再灌注各时间点的GR表达量与模型组相比差异不显著(P >0 0 5 )。结论:安脑胶囊可能通过降低血浆和脑组织中GCS含量,而不是通过调节GR的表达,发挥对脑缺血再灌注后的神经细胞的保护。Objective :To consummate the protective mechanism of Annao capsule to hippocampal neurons by studying the aimful direction of function of Annao capsule. Methods :The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)were adopt on the experimental rats.Observe the change of protein expression about glucocorticoid receptor in different reperfusion time points. Result :The protein expression of GR in modle group,treatment group and antigonist group were significantly decreased than sham group in different reperfusion time points( P <0.05).No difference of the protein expression of GR exist in among of modle group,treatment group and modle group ( P >0.05). Conclusions :Annao capsule protect the neurons through decreasing the concentration of GCS and not regulating the expression of GR genes.
