外出务工农村劳动力的性别特征及差异分析——以河南省农村劳动力转移为例

摘　　要：本文利用河南省的调查资料,分析了农村外出务工劳动力的性别差异在文化程度、年龄、务工区域、从事行业、务工时间及收入水平上的表现,认为两性差别在收入上的表现最为明显,建议政府创造更好的农民工外出就业环境。Using the surveys in Henan Province, the paper shows differences between male and female workers from rural areas, working in the cities. They differ in many aspects, especially in years of education, ages, regions of destination, industries or businesses, duration of work, and income level. It is more evident in income difference between the gender groups. It is important for the governments to improve the socio-economic environment for these workers
