摘　　要：本文分析了WTO新一轮农业谈判中蓝箱政策改革变化,估算了美国蓝箱政策支持水平和强度以及美国农业支持水平。研究发现,WTO蓝箱政策改革不仅对美国农业政策不会产生明显约束反而为美国调整农业政策的支持结构和支持水平提供了机会。The paper analyzes new changes in Blue Box policy reform in the new round of the WTO negotiations, and estimates the support level I the United States. The authors argue the reform will not impose any visible limits on the US agricultural policy, but rather provides opportunities for the US government to adjust its support structure and support level in agriculture
