摘 要:研究了以阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙为主导矿物的熟料矿相体系C3S-C2.75B1.25A3S-C2S-C2F,探讨了该体系的组成与匹配关系。研究结果表明,阿利特、硫铝酸钡钙这两种高低温型矿物可以在1380℃煅烧条件下共存于同一熟料中。从该矿相体系的力学性能分析可知,熟料的最佳质量分数C2.75B1.25A3S为55%,C3S为15%,C2F为5%,C2S为25%。在该组成条件下,熟料的1d和3d抗压强度均在40MPa以上,展现了良好的快硬早强性能。影响熟料1d、3d强度的主要因素是C3S和C2.75B1.25A3S矿物的含量,影响28d强度的主要因素是C3S和C2F含量。同时,利用SEM-EDS和XRD分析了熟料的组成与结构。Composition,Structure and Performance of Alite-calcium Barium Sulphoaluminate Clinker System$$$$ LU Ling-chao^1,2 ,SHEN Ye-qing2,CHANG Jun2,CHENG Xin2,LIU Han-xing1,YUAN Run-zhang1(1.State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;2.School of Material Science and Engineering,Jinan University,Jinan 250022,China) Abstract:A mineral system with C_3S-C_~2.75 B_~1.25 A_3S-C_2S-C_2F is synthesized and its dominant minerals are Alite (C_3S) and calcium barium sulphoaluminate (C_~2.75 B_~1.25 A_3S).The relationships between the composition,structure and performances for the system are researched.The experiments show Alite and C_~2.75 B_~1.25 A_3 S can coexist in a clinker system burnt at 1?380?℃.The main influencing factors on 1?d,3?d and 28?d strength of the clinker are the content of C_3S,C_~2.75 B_~1.25 A_3S and C_3S,C_2F individually.The optimum constituent of the clinker system is C_~2.75 B_~1.25 A_3S 55%,C_3S 15%,C_2F 5% and C_2S 25%.Under the condition of the optimum level,the compressive strength of the clinker at 1?d,3?d curing age exceed 40?MPa individually.Accordingly,the clinker system has an excellent performance of high-early strength.The constituent and structure of the clinker system are analyzed with the help of SEM-EDS and XRD.
