摘  要:目的了解北京市目前医院感染病原菌及其药物敏感情况。方法对北京市海淀区某综合性三级甲等医院2003年10月-2004年9月的全部出院患者进行回顾性调查,根据事先设计好的调查表,对发生医院感染的病例,采集其引发感染的病原菌及药敏情况等信息,采用SPSS软件进行分析。结果在718例次的医院感染中,微生物标本送检率为57.52%,其中尿的阳性检出率最高为72.39%,便最低仅为3.70%,。此外,本次调查医院感染的病原菌与全国医院感染监控网数据呈一致的构成趋势,但G+菌似又有上升趋势。而且,引起医院感染的病原菌多为耐药菌。结论面对医院感染耐药菌的明显增多,如何预防医院感染的发生、如何合理使用抗菌药物,是我们必须关注和解决的问题。Objective To identify the pathogenic bacteria for hospital infection and their drug susceptibility in Beijing. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted on all the patients discharged from a third-tier general hospital in Haidian District from October 2003 to September 2004 and in cases of hospital infection, data on infection-inducing pathogenic bacteria and their drug susceptibility was collected with pre-designed questionnaires and an analysis was made with SPSS. Results Of the 718 cases of hospital infection, 57.52% underwent microbiological assay, with urine specimens providing the highest positive rate, 72.39% , and stool specimens providing the lowest,3.70% only. In addition, the pathogenic bacteria, as revealed in the survey, were the same as indicated by data from the National Hospital Infection Surveillance Network, with G+ bacteria appearing to be going up. Moreover, the pathogenic bacteria were mostly drug-resistant bacteria. Conclusion As there are increasingly more drug-resistant bacteria for hospital infection, attention as well as solution to the issues of hospital infection prevention and the rational use of antiseptics has become a must.
