妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆及胎盘绒毛组织肿瘤坏死因子—α(TNF—α)的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子—α在妊高征发病机制中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫测定方法检测59例妊高征患者和21例正常妊娠妇女血浆TNF—α的含量。用免疫组织化学法,检测妊高征患者及正常妊娠胎盘绒毛组织TNF—α的表达。结果:妊高征组血浆TNF—α水平比正常妊娠组增高,P<005。且随妊高征病情的加重呈上升趋势。但轻度妊高征与正常妊娠组之间差异无显著性,P>005。中、重度妊高征与正常妊娠组比较差异显著,P<005。胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞有TNF—α的表达,且妊高征组胎盘绒毛组织合体滋养细胞TNF—α的表达明显高于正常对照组。结论:TNF—α在妊高征的发病中起重要作用。Objective:To explore the effect of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)on pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods:In 59 PIH patients and 21 normal pregnant women,the TNF-α level in plasma was determined using radioimmunoassy,that in placental villus using immunohistochemistry.Results:The TNF-α level was higher in PIH groups,specially in moderate and severe PIH groups than in normal group(P<0.05),which increascd with the severity of PIH.There was no difference between mild PIH group and normal group(P>0.05).The TNF-α level expressed in nutrient cells of placental villus was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:TNF-α plays an important role in pathogenesis of PIH.
