摘　　要：焦炉加热优化控制是在原Honeywell集散控制系统组态平台的运行环境和操作平台下,将参数检测与优化控制模型及其控制软件纳入到整个控制系统。系统采用炉温反馈控制系统,根据上升管荒煤气温度的变化进行火落时间的判定,实现了焦炉加热过程的优化控制。Optimizing control for coke oven is the integration system of paramet er measurement, optimizing control model and control software into whole control system under the running environment and operating platform of the original Hon eywell distributed control system configuration platform. The system adopts oven temperature feedback control system, the determination of time at carbonization end is judged by means of temperature of crude gas on standpipe, the optimizing control in coke oven heating is realized.
