摘　　要：非细胞体系的建立,被认为是近年来细胞生物学领域中的重要进展之一。本文就非细胞体系的发展历程、非细胞体系中细胞核重建的物质条件、非细胞体系中精核发育及核重建研究的主要进展进行了介绍和讨论。The establishment of cell-free systems is considered as one of the important advances in the field of cell biology in recent years. The developmental course of cell-free systems, material conditions of nuclear reconstitution and main progresses on development of sperm nucleus and nuclear reconstitution in cell-free systems were introduced and discussed in this paper.
