摘　　要：当前视频技术发展迅速且应用广泛,然而视频格式的不统一、编码技术的多样性却给视频的创建和使用带来了诸多不便。本文就各类视频文件的特点、应用和转换方式进行了深入的分析和探讨。Today, the Video technology on PC has been got rapid development and Extensive application. But the disunion of the form of the video, variety of coding technology, have brought a great deal of inconvenience for establishing and using the video. This artist deep analyses and discusses the characteristics, methods of application and changing of all kinds of video files.
