School running considerations over medicine-related specialties together with practice and exploration

摘　　要：天津中医学院2002年建立了市场营销、应用心理学、汉语言等3个新专业,利用学院的中医药优势学科,通过与相关学科嫁接,从实践中探索和医学相关专业的办学新路,确定了“X+中医(药)”的交叉学科定位模式,培养和中医药交叉学科的社会急需人才。以此提出了新专业的办学特色、培养目标、学生应具备的知识结构以及师资队伍建设等相关问题的看法,并做了有意义的实践尝试。The new specialties of marketing management, applied psychology and Chinese language were set up in Tianjin College of Chinese Medicine in 2002. By taking advantage of the Chinese medicine specialty predominance, the college has explored a new school running way from its own practice and has set up cross-specialty orientation mode to nurture professionals of Chinese medicine compounded with other specialties who are urgently needed by the society. Problems related to school running characteristics, training objectives, knowledge structure necessary for students and faculty building are raised and discussed in the paper. Significant practice and exploration have been conducted.
