摘　　要：目的研究川芎嗪与人血清白蛋白的作用。方法采用荧光法测定了川芎嗪对人血清白蛋白荧光的猝灭。结果根据荧光测定的结果,得到川芎嗪与人血清白蛋白的形成常数。结论川芎嗪与人血清白蛋白能形成复合物。Objective To study the interaction of tetramethylpyrazine and human serum albumin(HSA).Methods The fluorescent quenching of HSA with te tramethylpyrazine has been detecte d by fluorimetry.Results It was found that fluo-rescence of HSA were quenched by tetr amethylpyrazine.The fluorescent q uenching data were analyzed accordi ng to Stern -volmer equation and the bindi ng constant was obtained.Conclusion The mechanism of fluorescent quench ing is considered to be the formation of HSA-tetramethylpyrazine complex.
