怀化地区侗族高血压高发人群G蛋白β_3亚单位基因825C/T多态性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨G蛋白β3 亚单位(GNB3)基因82 5C/T多态性与怀化侗族高血压高发人群原发性高血压之间的关系。方法　采用聚合酶链反应结合限制性内切酶片段长度多态分析方法(PCR -RFLP)检测96例怀化侗族高血压病人和89例健康人的GNB382 5C/T等位基因频率和基因型频率。结果　高血压组GNB382 5C/T基因型频率(CC18.8%、CT5 9.4 %、TT2 1.8% )等位基因频率(C4 8.4 %、T5 1.6 % )与正常对照组基因型频率(CC2 4 .7%、CT5 2 .8%、TT2 2 .5 % )等位基因频率(C5 1.1%、T4 8.9% )比较无显著差异;CC基因型患者与CT +TT型基因型患者比较,收缩压和舒张压无显著性差异。结论　GNB3基因多态性与怀化侗族人群原发性高血压无关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between G-protein β 3 subunit gene polymorphism and essential hypertension(EH) in the high risk population of Dong nationality group in Huaihua district or Hu'nan Province.Methods:PCR-RFLP was used for genotyping of GNB3 825C/T in 96 patients with EH and 89 healthy control subjects.Results:There were no significant differences or the β 3 subunit polymorphism genotypes and alleles between 96 hypertensive patients(CC18.8%;CT59.4%;TT21.8%;C48.4%;T51.6%) and 89 ealthy control subjects (CC24.7%;CT52.8%;TT22.5%;C51.1%;T48.9%).The systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)did not differ significantly between CC and CT+TT genotypes in hypertensive patients.Conclusion:The 825C/T polymorphism of the G-protein β 3 subunit gene was not associated with EH in the population of Dong nationality group in Huaihua district.
