催化合成衣康酸二甲酯

摘　　要：用自制的钼镍催化剂,经衣康酸和甲醇反应合成了衣康酸二甲酯。合成衣康酸二甲酯的最佳条件为:n(衣康酸):n (甲醇)=1:6;催化剂用量为总反应的3%;反应温度120℃;反应时间6h;酯收率为85%。产品通过FT-IR鉴定,谱图与标准谱图一致,气相色谱及化学分析表明,该合成酯的质量分数达98%。With self-made Mo-Ni catalyzer,itaconic acid and carbinol are synthetised into itaconic acid dimethyl grease. The optimum condition:ni:nc=1 :6 ,the amount of catalyzer takes up 3%; the reaction temperature: 120℃ ;the reaction time:6 hours;grease yielding rate: 85% ;Through FT ?IR evaluation, the spectrogram of the product is the same as the standard spectrogram. The gaseous phase colour spectrum and chemical analysis indicates that the guality rate is as high as 98%.
