摘  要:总结了高层建筑结构地基沉降预测的指数曲线三点法、Asaoka法、双曲线法和Logistic曲线法。工程实例计算和实测结果表明,双曲线法计算收敛慢,结果偏大;Asaoka法的结果与实测值接近;Logistic法能较好地反映线性加载或近线性加载的沉降时间关系;指数曲线法的计算收敛快,但计算结果偏小。The predict methods of foundation settlement of high-rise building are summarized,which are the exponent three-point method,Asaoka method,hyperbola method and Logistic method.The comparison of field test results with calculation values shows that the hyperbola method converges slowly and the results are slightly high;the simplified recursion method is used in the Asaoka method and the results accord with the test;the linear or nearly linear settlement-time relation can be reflected in the Logistic method and the exponent method converges quickly but the results are less than the test values.
