摘　　要：提出了新型预应力混凝土夹层板楼盖结构体系的设计慨念、构造与施工技术的工程实践经验,重点介绍了跨度(或柱网)6～12m的多层与高层建筑。进行了楼盖结构体系的经济效益分析,提供了同条件的多种楼板组成的楼盖结构体系的技术经济分析数据。结果表明,预应力混凝土夹层板楼盖结构具有施工方便、节省造价、增大使用空间等优点。Design concept, construction and engineering experience on a new floor structure system of prestressed concrete sandwich plates for multi-story and tall buildings with span (or columns distance) of 6～12m are presented. Economic assessment of this new floor structure system and technique and economic analysis of different floor structure systems are developed.The advantages of the structure system, such as construction convenience, cost saving, usage space augment, are presented.
