摘  要:基于CPT&CDT的会聚误差测量,设计及研究能满足各种测量需求的栅极脉冲放大器不仅是建立和完善会聚测试系统的前提,而且是克服会聚误差测量过程中测试系统自身误差的有效方法,从而使测量精度得到保证。栅极脉冲放大器输出的负偏压下正向高压脉冲的质量取决于其设计方式,而它在不同的应用范围内的设计方式有所不同,这说明它除了适用于会聚误差测量中的栅极脉冲驱动方式,而且它已经推广应用于其它驱动方式。此外,为符合会聚误差测量中栅极驱动脉冲特定带宽的要求,脉冲的高技术指标仍然是不可缺少的因数。Based on the convergence error measurement for CPT and CDT, it is not only a premise that the design and research on the grid pulse amplifier satisfy various measurement requirements while building and perfecting the measurement system, but also it is an effective method that the measurement system overcomes the measurement error itself during the convergence error measurement. So, its application can be sure of the measurement precision in the measurement course. The positive going high voltage pulse under negative bias voltage from the grid pulse amplifier lies on the design way. Moreover, the design way of the grid pulse amplifier is different within the different application range. This demonstrates that it is not only suitable to the grid pulse drive way for the convergence error measurement, but also it has been spread out to some other drive ways. In addition, the demanding technical specification is still indispensable factor, which accords with the special bandwidth demand of the grid drive pulse in measuring the convergence error.
