摘　　要：通过分析农村剩余劳动力转移与农村土地制度改革及户籍制度改革之间的关系,论证了农村剩余劳动力转移必须与农村土地制度改革、户籍制度改革等改革措施整体推进,综合进行。Analyzing the relationship between transferring the extra labour in the countryside of China, the reform of rural land and that of resident's status, this paper demonstrates the transference of rural extra-labour must be carried out with the reform of rural land and the reform of household system.
