关于构建地域性建设项目信息系统的思考

摘　　要：目前,我国建设项目管理中出现了影响到社会稳定与行业健康发展的问题。解决问题的路径应是从信息公开机制的建设入手,探讨信息建设与社会经济健康发展的关系,研究我国建设项目信息资源建设中存在的主要问题以及房地产行业市场分析的薄弱环节,构建地域性建设项目信息网站。By focusing on the concerns about the construction project management in China, which may influence society stability and the health of the industry, the present paper discusses the relationship between the information construction and the healthy development of the industry. In the meantime, the main concerns about the current construction of project information resources and the weakness of the real estate market research are also analyzed. Then the paper offers a suggestion in regard with the construction of a regional construction information website.
