摘　　要：本文研究了人体外周血经淋巴细胞分离液重力离心分离白细胞中钙含量的火焰原子吸收光度法的测定。用基体标准曲线法定量以消除基体的影响,方法简便可靠(用标准参考物牛血清GBNO9131对照测定,结果与标准值基本相同),有较好的精密度和准确度,其相对标准偏差为0.73％—6.04％,样品中加标的回收率为94.63％—99.83％。The article makes a study of determination of calcium content in the gravity centifugal white cells in human blood passing through lymphocytes separation medium by Flame Atomic Absorption spectrophotometry The test uses the standard addition calibrating curve to fix the quantity so as to e-liminate the effect of the base. The method is simple and reliable with a high degree of precision and accuracy (Compared wich the test using the standard reference material ox serum )GBNO9131. The result is basically the same as the standard value). Its CV is 0. 73%~6. 08%and the rete of recovery of calcium in sample 94. 67%~99. 83%.
