摘　　要：文章从资金筹措、人才选用、藏书捐赠几个方面介绍了胡适为北京大学图书馆发展所做出的重大贡献,认为他是北京大学图书馆百余年历史中贡献较大的一位名人学者。The article introduced Dr. Hu Shih's important contributions to the Peking University Library's development from the aspects such as funds raising, librarians recruiting, and book donation. It holds that Dr.Hu Shih is one of the famous scholars who made the greatest contribution to the Peking University Library in her more than one hundred years history.
