辛附汤合骨Ⅱ膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并探讨辛附汤合骨膏对急性痛风性关节炎的治疗效果;方法:对急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分成二组,治疗组采用辛附汤合骨膏治疗,对照组采用秋水仙碱治疗,并对二组临床疗效及1周内肿胀及疼痛改善情况进行对照分析。结果:两组临床治愈率有显著差异(P<0.01),1周内肿胀、疼痛改善情况有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:辛附汤合骨膏能较快改善急性痛风性关节炎的肿胀、疼痛症状,提高治愈率。Objective:To study the effects of XinTuTang Concert theⅡOrthopedics Plaster in treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis.Methods:The patients of Acute Gouty Arthritis were randomly devided into two groups. They were cured separately with XinFuTang Concert theⅡOrthopedics Plaster or colchicin .The clinical effect was observed.And the inhibition of patient's pain and patient's swelling in two weeks were also observed.Result:There were significant difference in the patients who have been cured of the two groups.(P<0.01). There were significant difference in patient's pain and patient's swelling too(P<0.05).Conclusion:XinFuTang Concert theⅡOrthopedics Plaster can improve the patient's pain and patient's swelling rapidly.Also can improve the rate of the patients who have been cured.
