摘　　要：Smad4是一种抑癌基因,其主要功能是参与转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族的细胞内信号转导,在TGF-β超家族的信号转导途径中处于中枢地位,近年来国内外对其研究非常活跃。本文介绍了Smad4蛋白的结构、功能及其与肿瘤等疾病的关系。Smad4, a tumor suppressor gene, is mainly involved in TGF-β superfamily-mediated cellular signal transduction pathway, and plays a central role in this process. In recent years, more and more researchers have paid attention to the study on Smad4. Here the structure and function of Smad4 and its relationship to many diseases such as tumor were reviewed.
