摘　　要：社会的发展与艺术人才的需求,使高等音乐教育出现了前所未有的蓬勃现象。然而,就在这种欣欣向荣,蓬勃发展的背后,却在许多环节中存在着种种弊端与不尽人意的现象,分析研究其本质及原因,有利于高等音乐教育的健康发展。With the development of society and needs of human resources, advanced music education has taken on an unprecedented look. However some existing problems have been reappeared behind this magnificent development. Therefore careful analysis on its essence and reason of this phenomenon will be beneficial to the development of advanced music education.
