摘 要:目的 :建立西黄软胶囊的原料药乳香、没药的质量标准。方法 :应用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、紫外光谱法与红外光谱法对乳香、没药进行测试。按《中国药典》(2 0 0 0年版 )规定对乳香、没药的水分和灰分进行测定。结果 :在水分测定中 ,测得乳香的含水量为 4 .82 % ;没药的含水量为 5 .0 5 %。在灰分测定中 ,测得乳香的总灰分为1.84 2 % ,酸不溶性灰分为 0 .2 82 % ;没药的总灰分为 12 .6 7% ,酸不溶性灰分为 9.5 4 %。在紫外光谱中 ,样品与药材对照品的图谱基本一致 ,说明其紫外吸收相同。在红外光谱中 ,样品与药材对照品的图谱基本一致。结论 :对乳香、没药药材质量鉴别方法进行了初步探讨 ,几种试验方法简便易行 ,可快速、准确地对乳香、没药进行鉴别 ,为乳香、没药的质量控制方法研究提供了一定的参考。Objective: to set up the quality standard of olibanum and myrrha in xihuang soft capsult.Methods: olianum and myrrha were identified by nature identification, physical and chemical identification, microscopy, UV and IR. The water percentage and ashes percentage of olibanum and myrrha were measured in accordance with the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China published in 2000. Results: the water percentages of olibanum and myrrha are respectively 4.82 percent and 5.05 percent. The percentage of ashes in total and insoluble ashes in acid of olibanum are respecetive 1.842 percent and 0.282 percent. The percentage of ashes in total and insoluble ashes in acid of myrrha are respectively 12.67 percent and 9.54 percent. The UV spectrums of sample and the standard reference sample are similar. The IR spectrums of sample and the standard reference sample are also similar, but the IR spectrums of the component which was abstracted with the method of SCA is better. Conclusion: the methods are convenient, feasible and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of olibanum and myrrha.
