山东不同产地单叶蔓荆子挥发油GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用气相色谱 质谱 (GC- MS)计算机联用技术对山东六个不同产地的单叶蔓荆子挥发油的化学成分进行了分析 ,对分离出的成分进行比较。结果显示 :不同产地单叶蔓荆子挥发油的成分和含量存在一定差异。荣成产者分离出 4 2个峰 ,确认了其中 2 8种化合物 ;蓬莱产者分离出 2 6个峰 ,确认了其中 17种化合物 ;牟平产者分离出 36个峰 ,确认了其中 13种化合物 ;大汶河产者分离出 2 3个峰 ,确认了其中 13种化合物 ;滨州产者分离出 34个峰 ,确认了其中 2 0种化合物 ;崂山产者分离出 36个峰 ,确认了其中 14种化合物。Vitex trifolia L.var.simpliciolia fruit is frenquently used in clinical practice. The compositions of the volatile oil of the fruits are analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry qualitatively. The result indicates that the compositions of the volatile oil produced from the fruits grown in different places in shandong are quite different. Twenty-eight compounds were identified in rongcheng from 42 peaks. Seveneteen compounds were identified in penglai from 26 peaks. Thirteen compounds were identified in muping from 36 peaks. Tween-third compounds were identified in dawenhe from 23 peaks. Twenty compounds were identified in binzhou from 34 peaks. Fourteen compounds were identified in laoshan from 36 peaks.
