摘 要:目的:探讨复方鳖甲软肝片对5 / 6肾切除(5 / 6nephrectomize,5 / 6NT)大鼠肾组织纤维粘连蛋白(fi bronectin ,FN)表达的影响。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠,建立5 / 6NT大鼠肾纤维化模型。随机分为8组,正常组、假手术组、模型组、苯那普利组、尿毒清组和复方鳖甲软肝片低、中、高剂量组。采用免疫组织化学方法,以苯那普利、尿毒清为实验对照,检测复方鳖甲软肝片对肾组织FN表达的影响。结果:模型组肾组织FN强阳性表达,在系膜基质和肾小管基底膜出现大量棕黄色颗粒;苯那普利组、尿毒清组FN中等量表达,在系膜基质和肾小管基底膜出现中等量棕黄色颗粒;复方鳖甲软肝片低、中、高剂量组肾组织FN轻度表达明显少于模型组,在系膜基质和肾小管基底膜出现少量棕黄色颗粒,并呈剂量依赖关系。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片抑制5 / 6NT大鼠肾组织FN的表达,可能是该方减缓肾小球硬化和肾纤维化发展的作用机制之一。Objective:to investigate the effects of compond biejia ruangan tablets on fibronectin in 5/6 nephrectomize rats. Methods:animal models were established by 5/6 nephrectomize and the rats were divided into 8 groups:normal group,model group,sham operation group,benazepril group,niaoduqing group,compond biejia ruangan tablets low,middle and high dose groups,the study was carried out by using immune histochemical method.Benazepril and niaoduqing group were control groups. Results:immune histochemistry staining indicated that there was an increased FN deposition in mesangial matrix and renal tublar basement membranle of model group as compared to the treatment group,FN is significantly fewer in the treatment group than in the control group.The expression of FN depends on the dose of compond biejia ruangan tablets.Conclusions:compond biejia ruangan tablets has the effect of reducing FN accumulation and that may be one of the mechanisms to retarding renal fibrosis.
